Located on a total 15,000 m² area and designed in line with modern urban planning principles, the multi-purpose commercial and service complex was constructed by ES Denizcilik on a turnkey basis. In line with a sustainability-driven design approach, the complex is equipped with solar power panels installed over a 1,500 m² rooftop area. Through this system, a significant portion of the facility’s energy demand is supplied from renewable energy sources, thereby reducing environmental impact and enhancing overall energy efficiency.
