Installation and manufacturing of various diameter pipe lines totaling 30,000 meters within an active plant facility.
All pipes imported from Italy, with a total of 100,000 inches of welding performed.
The project had a peak workforce of 560 personnel and was completed with 750,000 man-hours using automatic subarc welding and argon welding techniques.
Approximately 90% of the 15,000 m³ excavation was done manually under live pipelines.
Construction included 5 pipe crossing culverts, 1 transformer building, and 3 water pump stations, along with the installation of 11 various power pumps at the pump stations.
ES Denizcilik also handled the energy lines for the pump stations, including cable procurement and installation.
